Kirk Michael residents are being given the chance today (Wednesday) to find out more about a new estate planned for the village.
Heritage Homes wants to create 100 houses on the east side of Kirk Michael, along with a bigger school field and playground, in a deal which would see it given an acre of land near Douglas Road corner.
Representatives from the company will be at the commissioners' until 8pm today, showing off the proposals.
Commissioners' chairman Michael Neary says the board has yet to make up its mind about whether it supports the scheme:
