
Twenty-five vintage cars, all bar five of them pre-war, will be on display at the TT Grandstand at 10am today, as the 2007 Bentley Car Rally comes to the Isle of Man.
More than 100 members of the Bentley Drivers' Club arrived for the event last night.
It's being staged in aid of the Liverpool Cardiothoracic Unit, which treats a number of Island residents.
The vintage Bentleys will be on display before setting off on a tour of the Island.
Chairman of the Mersey Beat Appeal, Alan Birchall, whose organisation is raising funds to support the centre, says the cars will be quite a sight (Audio file attached):
