Virtual interaction may not be able to support the most vulnerable in our society according to the Director of Children and Family Services.
Debbie Brayshaw says a lack of regular and traditional face-to-face support networks through friends and neighbours can prove very stressful.
Because of this, Ms Brayshaw says, current requirements could have negative consequences:
