Coastguard urges tourists to install app in case they need help
The coastguard is urging visitors to install the What3Words app after rescuing a group of tourists on Peel headlands.
The team was called out on Wednesday evening after a tourist felt unwell while walking with the group.
The visitors didn't know the name of their location, but were able to tell officers where they were by using the app.
The app gives each three-metre square area a unique three-word name.
