Warning from Manx Care as some could face costly treatment
Manx Care is urging visiting motorsport fans to ensure the necessary travel insurance policies are in place during their time on the Island.
Thousands of people are expected to come to the Isle of Man throughout the TT racing fortnight.
However, Andy Reed from the Overseas Visitors Team for Manx Care says not everyone ensures that the right documentation is in place ahead of their travels.
Those without the right protection run the risk of having to pay for medical procedures or repatriation themselves, which could cost tens of thousands of pounds:
