Reinstatement plans being prepared as 150th anniversary season gets underway
Passengers on the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway say they would like to see the line return all the way to the Sea Terminal.
The horses returned to the promenade for the start of the 150th anniversary season last week.
The Department of Infrastructure is now required to return to Tynwald next month with a full business case, funding request and implementation plan.
