MNFU says it's still having knock-on effect to other areas
High and volatile prices for fertilizer are still a 'massive issue' for farmers on the Isle of Man.
That's according to the Manx National Farmers Union which says the situation is having an impact on the profitability of local businesses.
Supplies of the crucial product are also dwindling globally amid the cost of living crisis and the conflict in Ukraine.
MNFU President, Ean Parsons, says the fertilizer problem is also affecting other areas of agriculture:
Police bail for two people arrested in Ramsey incident
