Island women's squad back in UK competition this weekend
Volleyball Isle of Man says it's happy at how the game has continued to develop over the past year.
The organisation - which has once again built on it's experience against UK opposition in 2022 is hoping to build on the skills it has learned going into 2023.
The Island women's squad are in Volleyball England National Shield action this weekend, with a tough fixture against York Falcons on Sunday (8 January) at the Joseph Rowntree School in York.
Volleyball IoM's Natalie Wood describes how they're looking forward to this weekend's test, and also the progress the game has made on Island over the past year:
