More people in the Isle of Man are training to save lives in an advanced first aid scheme.
Twelve volunteers have just completed the Community First Responders initiative, run by St John Ambulance.
It trains people to be first on the scene of an emergency, before ambulance crews arrive.
The Island's CFR coordinator Gerry Jones says it's a vital service which can make the difference netween life and death:
