103 year old James Fenton attended 80th Anniversary VJ Day commemoration
The Isle of Man's celebrated World War ll veteran, 103 year old James Fenton, has been reflecting on his attendance at the recent 80th Anniversary Victory over Japan Commemoration event.
Describing it as one of the most incredible days of his life James was introduced to the King and Queen, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
During his moments with King Charles he reminded the Monarch he hadn't been to the Isle of Man for some time and extended an invitation to him on behalf of the Island.
