Mountain Road still closed

A number of roads that were closed this morning due to 'treacherous' conditions are now open.
All bus services have resumed as normal as well.
The Mountain Road is the only remaining one that's closed.
Earlier the Isle of Man Constabulary reported that officers attended to numerous traffic collisions.

The mornings issues were due to a band of heavy freezing rain in the early hours, washing down already gritted roads and the subsequent drop in temperature.
