There have been more problems with burst water mains today.
Customers in Farm Hill and surrounding areas were without supplies, or with low pressure in their taps, after a burst in Braddan. Water Authority engineers were working on the problem and it was hoped to re-instate supplies by mid morning.
The authority said water may be discoloured when it came back on and households were being advised to run the cold water taps in their kitchens until it became clear.
Engineers were also dealing with a burst main at the junction of Athol Park and Drogahdfayle Road in Port Erin.
About 25 homes were thought to have been affected.
The authority has for any inconvenience caused to customers.
