Onchan man seen by witnesses and CCTV
An Onchan man's been ordered to pay £450 after throwing a plastic cup of water over a woman's head.
James David Rachelle pleaded guilty to causing the woman to believe immediate unlawful violence was likely.
It's after she got in the middle of a dispute between Rachelle and his girlfriend's ex-partner.
The offence took place at Douglas courthouse on September 1 and was captured on CCTV.
