Councillor says recent tribunal is proof bad practice can be challenged
A local authority member has come out in support of unions after a worker won a recent employment tribunal.
Douglas councillor Devon Watson claims the case shows poor employment practices can be challenged.
Legal action can often cost thousands of pounds.
