Long record of opposition to budget process
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson has hit back at criticism from the Chief Minister over his vote against the Manx budget.
Howard Quayle expressed frustration over Mr Watterson being Home Affairs Minister in the previous administration and supporting the budget process.
But the Speaker of The House of Keys says he has been a long-time critic of the way the budget is presented.
