Political members think they've been forced to comment publicly
Political members of the Island's health department insist they're 'not the villains' in the dismissal of the Isle of Man's health minister.
Michelle Haywood, Joney Faragher and Tanya August-Hanson say they 'utterly refute' charges made against them following the sacking of Rob Callister.
In an open letter to the chief minister Mr Callister claims those members described him as 'incompetent', something he denies.
He also says he felt he had 'one hand tied behind [his] back'.
Mr Callister's dismissal will now be referred to the Tynwald Standards Committee.
The DHSC members involved released a letter they had sent to Alfred Cannan earlier this month highlighting their concerns.
Ms Faragher and Dr Haywood maintain they tried to put this issue through the right channels before this point:
