Qualtrough outlines priorities
The Isle of Man Football Association must engage with the entire football community to grow the local game.
That's according to the new interim chief executive who was appointed to the position this month.
Lewis Qualtrough - who has experience in coaching and development roles on Island - says options for players, coaches and volunteers at senior and junior level should be explored.
He also told Manx Radio a new strategy is being formulated which could help make this happen:
