The longest-serving member of Tynwald says the Isle of Man must take better care of its most vulnerable.
David Cretney MLC has been leading an inquiry about suicide here, which will result in a report being laid before Tynwald before the end of year and debated in the new year.
Mr Cretney, who also heads up the Manx Labour Party, says it's something which has affected most Island citizens in some way:
