Newly-elected Garff MHK recaps 'special' election result
A newly-elected Garff MHK says he wants to foster a 'new atmosphere' in Tynwald that is friendlier and more co-operative.
Richard Henthorn topped the poll in the constituency in yesterday's General Election, Vicki Hewison came second.
Education Minister Daphne Caine lost her seat.

Mr Henthorn has been a fierce critic of the Mooir Vannin Offshore Windfarm project, and says his first priority will be to stop offshore windfarm proposals on the east coast.
But speaking to Manx Radio Breakfast this morning, Mr Henthorn says he also wants to see a culture change inside the court:
