Liberal Vannin chair vocal about Covid-19 sentencing
The chair of Liberal Vannin says people need to be prevented from breaking coronavirus restrictions, before they wind up in court.
It's as some of those who have been found to have breached self-isolation have been handed suspended sentences, and others; jail time.
