Poignant display of shoes returns to Strand Street today
A poignant display of 68 pairs of shoes will be shown on Strand Street in Douglas once again today (Saturday, 13 September).
Each represents a life lost to suicide on the Island between 2020 and 2024 - as recorded by the Coroner of Inquests.
Some of the shoes with name plaques on have been donated by the families of those who died.
