
The Steam Packet Company is warning poor weather forecast for the weekend is affecting some sailings today and tomorrow.
Both the 10am Douglas to Liverpool sailing on the Manannan and her return trip at 7.15pm have been called off in the face of severe gales forecast for later today (Saturday).
Sunday’s Heysham to Douglas trip on the Ben-my-Chree which is due to set off at 2.15pm is also threatened - a decision on that voyage is expected later.
This morning's Ben-my-Chree sailing to Heysham is being delayed by 15 minutes to transfer some passengers onto her.
