Project lead says bad weather has been factored in
Contingency plans are being put in place to provide for poor weather affecting Douglas promenade re-development work.
Preliminary work is underway on the two year scheme to revamp the capital's seafront roadway.
The £25 million project is estimated to take two years to complete.
