Lack of rain set to impact winter animal feed levels
The President of the Manx National Farmers Union says the current dry weather could 'change the face of Manx agriculture'.
A lack of growth in grass and crops has raised fears of a shortage of food for livestock in the months to come, potentially leaving farmers with the additional cost of importing feed.
But, with the industry in the UK facing a similar situation, there's uncertainty over how much will be available to buy.
