Friday's schedule brought forward to Thursday
The wet, cloudy and misty conditions have forced organisers to make some further changes to the Manx Grand Prix schedule, and make history in the process.
With Friday's weather forecast being so poor, the Senior MGP, the day's race programme has been brought forward to tomorrow, the first time this has been done.
The schedule, as it stands, is as follows:
11.30am - Roads close
12.15pm - Lightweight / Ultra Lightweight MGP race two (three laps)
2.35pm - Senior MGP (four laps)
4.50pm - Roads open
Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson broke the news live on MGP Radio at 11am, when he outlined the changes to Tim Glover:
The prize presentation, meanwhile, is still due to take place on Friday evening at the Villa Marina, starting at 8pm.
