A yellow weather warning has been issued for coastal overtopping.
It'll be in force from 1:45 to 4:45 this afternoon, with the worst expected at high tide at around 3:15pm.
Ronaldsway Met Office says strong to near gale force south-southwest winds are expected to lead to minor overtopping of waves and slight debris around the time of high tide today.
Shore Road, Rushen, Castletown promenade, the northern end of Douglas prom, Laxey prom and Ramsey prom are expected to be affected.
