Worst of the conditions expected between 2pm and 11pm
A yellow weather warning has been issued by Ronaldsway Met Office for later today.
From 2pm until 11pm, the whole Island is expected to be affected by heavy rain, with some sleet and wet snow on higher ground.
Forecasters warn this will lead to standing water on some roads and a risk of localised flooding.
