David Ashford wants more evidence before rolling out new technology
New hospital technology introduced in Ramsey could be rolled out to Noble's too, once enough evidence has been collected.
The health minister David Ashford says they need time to measure the benefits of the new EarlySense tech.
It's a sensory monitoring system, fitted into a patient's bed, and was launched in the north last week.
It was funded by the League of Friends at Ramsey Cottage Hospital at a cost of more than a quarter of a million pounds.
Mr Ashford says he'll keep a keen eye on how it works:
