Martyn Perkins reflects on floods in Laxey
'We're very lucky we didn't have any loss of life'.
That's the belief of Garff MHK Martyn Perkins, who's been reflecting on the flash flooding in Laxey yesterday, which saw cars swept away and some trapped in their homes.
This latest flood is the third in the village over the past ten years and has been described as the worst.
