Inspector Flint tells people to check cars
We aren't "there to mollycoddle" drivers, so check your own cars - that's the stern message from police as it continues to pull people over for faulty lights.
Officers stopped over a dozen drivers on one night last week.
The Roads Policing Unit pulled them over for driving without headlights, or with broken brake lights, and using fog lights inappropriately.
Each said they didn't remember the last time they'd had their cars checked.
