Constabulary's work won't stop says DI recognised for 'exemplary service'
Police on the Isle of Man will do their ‘absolute utmost’ to catch people at the ‘top of the chain’ when it comes to organised crime.
That’s the message from the man in charge of the Serious and Organised Crime Unit.
Detective Inspector Jamie Tomlinson has been recognised at the Chief Constable’s Annual Awards for ‘exemplary service to the public’.
He received the Police Long Service and Good Conduct Bar at a ceremony held at The Comis Hotel (21 September).
It was inaugurated by King George VI in 1951 and is presented under Royal Warrant to police officers who have completed 30 years' service.
The accolade was presented by the Island's Lieutenant Governor.
