'I'm unemployed, get me out of here!' is the message from the Venture Centre, which is responding to rising unemployment with the ultimate test to survive.
Three teenager NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) will be left on a hillside in the Isle of Man, with no clues to their location or any equipment whatsoever.
They will spend the weekend searching for food and using basic training to survive what could be brutal weather on December 15 and 16.
The challenge is raising money for the Help for Heroes charity, and the main aim is to equip the participants with new skills to help them find employment.
Venture Centre instructor Dale Lowey says they will benefit on a number of levels (listen to audio file below):
