Professor to inform audience
A former Clerk of Tynwald-turned-law professor will return to Manx shores to discuss the Island's relationship with foreign nations.
St John Bates, who currently lectures at the University of Strathclyde, will address diners at the United Nations Association's AGM on Wednesday, 21 June.
He recently gave oral evidence to the House of Lords on the Island's position regarding Brexit, and will talk about future developments in international affairs - presumably with some mention of the Friday's UK General Election result.
