Union boss laments loss of negotiating body
A union head says the end of the Whitley Council is a sad day and the ‘demise of a good negotiating body’.

The PSC will be responsible for around 4,000 staff, about half of all public sector employees.
Eric Holmes from Unite says time will tell whether the new era pays dividends for working people.
