Juan Watterson to give public talk
The Positive Action Group wants to know why Tynwald hasn't appointed anyone to look after taxpayers' money and ensure it's being spent efficiently.
It's holding a meeting tonight on why an auditor general role hasn't been created, where Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson will give a presentation.
Tynwald agreed to the principle of having one in 2006, to 'promote better outcomes for everyone using public services', but fourteen years later, it still hasn't been filled.
The meeting starts 7:30pm at the Manx Legion Club in Douglas.
