
Should the government cut its spending on advertising and media relations?
The question was posed this morning (Tuesday) in the House of Keys by Michael MHK David Cannan who asked whether public money should be spent on external media consultants.
His question was followed by Onchan MHK Peter Karran who asked whether the government should spend money on Manx Radio and Isle of Man Newspapers.
But Chief Minister Tony Brown said while budgets are tight, cuts in spending could impact the Island’s economy.
