A lawyer in the Isle of Man is adding his voice to the debate over the proposed overhaul of the Manx government.
Tynwald will decide later this month whether a far-reaching restructuring should go ahead, which could see the creation of seven new departments within the existing total of nine.
Jonathan Smalley believes it will take some time to measure the success or otherwise of any changes, but is predicting some light-hearted banter ahead:
