MHK asks whether scheme will be extended over break
Extending the voucher scheme for children entitled to free school meals over the summer holiday could be a benefit to those facing financial hardship.
That's according to Garff MHK Daphne Caine, who's asking whether there are plans to continue the initiative when schools shut for the summer.
The UK government decided to continue its voucher scheme following a campaign by England footballer Marcus Rashford.
