Jessica Lynn Cracknell accused of falsely obtaining £35,000
A woman’s been committed to stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery over an alleged £35,000 benefits fraud.
Thirty-year-old Jessica Lynn Cracknell of Cushag Road in Willaston appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
At an earlier hearing, she pleaded not guilty to eight charges of making false representations to obtain benefits.
She committed to stand trial at a date to be fixed, and reporting restrictions were not lifted.
