Presentation about transition to green energy at Government Conference
There's 'years' worth of additional study required' before we'll see wind farms up and running on the Island.
That's according to Manx Utilities - today it's been discussing the transition to greener energy and renewables at the Isle of Man Government Conference.
Two sites have been identified as suitable which are now undergoing further checks including the recent installation of a 'wind data device'.
Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall and Energy Transition Lead Lizzie Riley were briefly heckled during an interview with Manx Radio:
