Trees down, boats cancelled
Gale and severe gale-force winds have been causing problems in and around the Isle of Man since last night.
Sailings to and from Heysham yesterday evening and overnight, and today's to and from Birkenhead have all been cancelled.
The Ben-my-Chree is expected to sail this evening, however.
Meanwhile, a number of flights were cancelled throughout the day.
Trees have been brought down in several locations around the Island, say police, and they're urging you take care.
The Southern Recycling Centre, and the eastern, northern and western civic amenity sites are closed for the day, and Beach Buddies' planned session at Niarbyl this morning has been cancelled.
