Winter demand is continuing to have an impact at the Emergency Department in Noble's Hospital, but there has been improvement over the last 12 months.
In January, 66% of patients who attended the department were treated within four hours, compared to 70% in the UK.
Manx Care's director of health services says winter pressures have affected the four-hour target.
