Police believe incident was filmed
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Douglas.
The incident happened at around 3.10pm last Sunday (20 September) on the grassed area of Victoria Crescent.
Officers say the person responsible left the area in a black Ford ST vehicle which travelled towards Broadway; it was being driven by a woman with blonde hair.
It’s believed the incident was filmed.
