Took place on Main Road on a Sunday afternoon
An incident on the afternoon of Sunday 20 December in Kirk Michael is being investigated by Police.
It happened between 3.15pm and 3.30pm on the Main Road pavement outside the BCC Car Showroom.
No other details have been released but Police are appealing for witnesses and any dashboard car camera footage.
