Police are appealing for witnesses following a 'fail to stop' road traffic collision in Douglas.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, 1 September on St Georges Street between 7am and 9pm.
Anyone in the area at the time, or anyone with information or dashcam footage, is asked to come forward.
