Police appeal after woman in 20s received injuries to her face
Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in a busy Douglas nightclub last weekend.
A 27-year-old woman received minor injuries to her face in the early hours of Sunday, January 31.
It happened sometime between 1.30am and 2.30am in the downstairs area of The Courthouse on Athol Street.
The woman believed to be responsible for the assault has been described as in her early twenties, and was wearing black knee high boots and a purple jacket.
A large amount of people were in the club at the time and police are asking anyone who may have seen what happened to contact them.
