46-year-old also denies assaulting complainant
A Douglas woman will stand trial after being accused of harassing a man for more than a year.
Elwira Ruzycka, of Mona Terrace, denies displaying conduct amounting to harassment between November 2022 and August this year.
At Douglas Courthouse the 46-year-old also entered a not guilty plea to assaulting the same complainant.
A pre-trial review will take place on 31 October; she’s been bailed until that date.
