She suffered minor injuries during incident
A woman's suffered minor injuries after being bitten by a dog in Crosby.
It happened at around 10am this morning (2 April) on the Eyreton Road.
The dog, who was off the lead at the time, is described as a collie breed and the male owner is thought to be in his 60s.
Anyone who saw the incident is being asked to report it to Peel Police Station on (01624) 631528.
Officers are reminding all dog walkers to keep their pets on a lead and under control whilst on roads, in public areas and also near cattle/livestock.
