A BBC documentary featuring the Isle of Man has shown how a Manx woman gave birth in a downstairs loo.
Countryside 999 featured paramedics who were called to a house where 24-year-old Stephanie had unexpectedly gone into labour.
The family appear to be in shock as nobody, including Stephanie, knew she was pregnant.
After visiting the doctors and taking blood tests, she was led to believe she suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome:
