28-year-old appeared via live link at Douglas courthouse
A Douglas woman has faced court for breaching Covid regulations, after four previous warnings.
Katie Saunders of Brunswick Road appeared via video link from police custody to Douglas courthouse.
The court heard the 28-year-old had received a fixed penalty notice and two verbal warnings for breaching the current measures, before this occasion.
High Bailiff Jayne Hughes granted Ms Saunders bail, as it was said custody could have a significant impact to the defendant's mental health.
Bail however came with what were described as 'strict conditions', including a curfew between 7pm and 6am nightly.
The case was adjourned until Thursday, 18 February at 10am.
